Shipping & Delivery Information

At Bellenuv, we take great care in processing and delivering every order to ensure a smooth and reliable experience. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order moves from us to you.


🕒 Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

United States
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 15–20 business days.

International Orders
Delivery generally takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and fulfillment center.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or unforeseen global events.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • To cancel, email us with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER.”

Address changes must also be requested within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to avoid delays or returns.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@bellenuv.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
